HEAD MOVEMENTS FUNDAMENTALS
Workshop in head movements for Brazilian zouk and sensual bachata.
In this workshop you will learn the right technique of head movements. We will be working with building the right foundation in the body, understanding the axis and do both stationary and traveling head movements. The right technique is very important in order to make these incredible movements in a safe way.
This class is a solo class. It is for followers who wants to learn and improve their head movements. Any leaders who want to understand the head movements better so they can bring this awareness back into their leading are also very welcome!
