Har du alltid vært nysgjerrig på denne flowy og vakre dansen - Brasiliansk Zouk? Eller kanskje du har alltid hatt lyst til å prøve pardans, men visste ikke helt hvor du skulle starte hen? Eller kanskje du bare har lyst til å prøve noe nytt og spennende? Da er denne introduksjons-timen for deg! Det koster deg ingenting. Du trenger ikke å ha med deg partner, vi roterer underveis slik at alle får danset med alle. Alt du trenger å gjøre er bare å møte opp (og registrere deg da😉) akkurat som du er! Gøy og lærerikt blir det uansett!😎
P.S. hvis du skulle ha blitt av basillen så kan du også delta på Begynner Bootcampen som skjer dagen etterpå!

Or maybe you just want to learn something new and exciting? Well then! This introduction class is what you're looking for! It's completely free. You do not need a partner as we rotate partners during the class. Everything you need to do is just to meet up! (and register, of course😉) We promise that it's going to be fun and informative! 😎

Partner not needed
✔️Comfortable clothes
✔️Shoes that don't stick to the floor. Flat sole. (it's perfectly fine to dance in socks)
✔️Water Bottle
✔️A snack, in case you get hungry
✔️Deodorant, just in case 😉
✔️Sometimes you dance so hard you need a towel or a change of clothing
✔️A gum, mints, just in case
Most important is that you bring good and positive energy!❤️
